Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.
Sizing:
Our brand’s clothing is designed and manufactured based on European niche sizing, which tends to run smaller than the standard sizing commonly found in other regions, such as the United States. This is why customers might find that our garments are labeled two sizes higher than what they usually wear. By adjusting the sizing up, we aim to ensure a more comfortable and accurate fit for our customers, allowing them to enjoy the unique style and quality of our European-inspired fashion without the worry of size discrepancies.
Shipping Time:
Our shipping time is generally 3-10 business days depending on your location as we ship to around 75 countries.
United States: Domestic orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
International Orders: International orders will be shipped from our oversea warehouses depending on the destination country. Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 12-20 business days. The local postal service of the country will be used to deliver the order.
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including:

- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company
Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.
Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Important: TheighT cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
